Charles began working in his family’s nursing home business at the age of 16 and acquired his first SNF in 1981. Dunn has repeatedly demonstrated his unique ability to maximize performance in the industry for over 35 years.

Raj is a seasoned serial entrepreneur, acquiring his first SNF in 2007. With his extensive operational experience and vast understanding of the Senior Living industry, Patel has led the growth of Optalis over the years.

With decades of industry experience, Hemant draws from his substantial managerial and financial knowledge to oversee all company financial operations. Shah holds an MBA from The University of Michigan.

Stephanie began her career as an Administrator in 1995, eventually moving into Regional Director and VP of Operations roles. She has operated in 5 states and has a vast knowledge and passion for post-acute care.
Marianne Potter, CNO
With over 30 years of health care experience, Marianne serves as Chief Nursing Officer: driving clinical excellence at Optalis. She is a double board-certified Nurse Practitioner in adult and palliative care. She is an adjunct professor at Madonna University and presents at state conferences on symptom management and standards of care.
