A new, state-of-the-art health and rehab care center in Gahanna is coming soon to serve seniors and families across Franklin County and the greater Columbus, Ohio, area. Taylor Station is conveniently located off I-270, across from Mount Carmel East Hospital, and is surrounded by well-known physician and specialist practices.
Designed to support recovery, wellness, and long-term care needs for nearly 100 residents, this health and rehabilitation center will offer a full continuum of services in a modern, comfortable setting, where clinical excellence meets compassionate care.

Due to a road closure, please follow this alternate route to get to Taylor Station.
- From East Broad Street, turn right, or from I-270, turn left onto Taylor Station Road.
- Continue north on Taylor Station Road.
- Turn right onto Westbourne Avenue.
- Take the second exit off the roundabout to continue along Westbourne Avenue.
- Arrive at Taylor Station – An Optalis Health & Rehabilitation Center, 195 Blossom Field Blvd., Columbus, OH 43213.
- Once you enter our back parking lot, continue right and drive around to the front of the building.
