Jenn has devoted her entire adult life to a career in healthcare. In early years, she worked as a Nursing Assistant in assisted living and then as a CNA in long-term care. As she continued her education, Jenn became a nurse and was eventually promoted to Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, Regional Director of Clinical Services, and most recently Divisional Director of Clinical Services. Jenn is extremely dedicated to providing the highest quality of care possible and creating a culture of respect for our team members.

Kristine began her career serving seniors through her passion for music as an Activities Director and Music Therapist. She became a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and has served in post-acute care for over two decades. Kristine is a seasoned leader focusing on operational excellence and was a Regional Director of Operations prior to her current role as VP of Operations for Ohio.

Joe has over 15 years of experience in healthcare. He specializes in creating an environment that fosters motivation, innovation, and growth for his employees and residents. Joe has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in finance. He has been married for 29 years and has three daughters. When not working, he enjoys cooking for family and friends and enjoys many sports, football being his favorite.

Galina immigrated from Belarus and attended the College of Economics and Finance in Minsk. She completed her RN BSN program at Oakland University and has held roles including Nurse Manager, DON, and Administrator. She is married and has 4 children. In her free time she loves to travel, exercise, and spend time with her family. Galina has been with Premier and then Optalis for over 26 years and is truly committed to quality care and services.

Jennifer began her career in the senior healthcare industry in 1995 as a Registered Nurse in a skilled nursing unit. She brings over 25 years of post-acute experience as a former Director of Nursing and Nurse Consultant to her current role as Regional Vice President of Clinical Services for Ohio. Jennifer leads her clinical team in providing quality outcomes for residents and staff, and she strives to enhance the level of care our facilities provide.
