Rehabilitation and Therapy
ShorePointe combines licensed professional therapy staff with customized rehabilitation programs following a hospitalization, surgery, or acute medical event. We utilize advanced therapeutic techniques and state-of-the-art equipment to expedite your recovery.
The rehabilitation team at ShorePointe is skilled in delivering the Rivetus iHeart© Rehabilitation Program, Lymphedema therapy, VitalStim®, Falls Prevention, and LSVT Big and Loud.
iHeart© Recovery Program
The iHeart© Recovery Program is a cardiopulmonary rehabilitation program developed to progress patients to the next level of care safely. A therapist monitors a patient’s cardiac abilities before, during, and post-exertion and teaches the patient how to self-monitor their cardiac responses.
Physical, occupational, speech-language, and outpatient therapies are all available at ShorePointe.
Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care
Long-term care provides personal care support services to residents that can no longer independently perform activities of daily living.
ShorePointe offers signature long-term care that enables you to continue enjoying the pleasures of life free from worry about diminishing capacities of mobility and autonomy.

Dialysis
At ShorePointe, we are excited to announce our new on-site dialysis therapy. Optalis has partnered with Heritage Dialysis to ensure residents get the best dialysis care possible. Our advanced dialysis technology provides five treatments per week, which more closely re-creates healthy kidney function and avoids the ups and downs of off-site dialysis schedules.
Respiratory Therapy
Respiratory therapy is a specialized treatment that helps improve breathing and lung function through exercises, medication, and other techniques. ShorePointe’s team of respiratory therapists is highly trained and experienced in providing personalized care that meets each resident’s unique needs.
Respiratory therapists at ShorePointe also work closely with the nursing staff to monitor residents’ oxygen levels and ensure they receive appropriate care at all times. With a commitment to excellence and a focus on personalized care, ShorePointe is a trusted choice for residents needing respiratory therapy services.

Dining Services
You are sure to enjoy the dining experience at ShorePointe. We are proud of our nutritious and appetizing meals, served in a fine dining atmosphere. Our dining philosophy enables you to experience the service and selections you would expect in a fine restaurant.
Featuring a creative menu based on resident feedback, meals are served in a beautifully decorated dining room by our dedicated staff. You will receive a variety of menu choices, and visitors are always welcome to join you. If you prefer to dine in your room, we will happily provide you with in-room dining.
We offer delicious seasonal menus which feature cold, fresh fruits and salads in the summer and hot, hearty stews in the winter. In addition, we plan special meals celebrating holidays and our diverse ethnic backgrounds. Produce is delivered several times weekly to ensure freshness
Many of our meals are home-cooked, including our soups which are a resident favorite. We give special attention to individualized preferences by providing all our guests with select menu, write-on options, and frequent visits from our team of clinical dietitians.
